Mindhub is seeking a visionary leader to join our portfolio company.

Angelbe is a global social-impact ecosystem that connects nonprofits, businesses, CSR leaders, communities, and individuals to collaborate around meaningful causes. Through our unique model, we amplify every effort by creating powerful cross-sector partnerships that multiply impact and drive measurable change.

We are looking for a CEO to lead Angelbe into its next stage of growth and influence. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a strong background in building mission-driven ventures, and the ability to inspire collaboration between NGOs, corporates, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the organization’s vision, mission, and growth strategy.
- Strengthen Angelbe’s position in the social impact ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment between organizational goals, fundraising, and community impact.
Partnerships & Fundraising
- Build and sustain relationships with NGOs, philanthropic institutions, corporate partners, and donors.
- Develop innovative fundraising strategies and partnerships to drive sustainable growth.
Operational Excellence
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable impact.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Public Representation
- Serve as the face of Angelbe in public forums, conferences, and with the media.
- Advocate for Angelbe’s mission and expand awareness globally.

Proven Leadership & Charisma: Strong track record of inspiring and leading teams, with the ability to rally diverse stakeholders around a common vision.
Business & Strategic Acumen: Experience in building and scaling initiatives, driving growth, and creating sustainable business models.
Partnership & Deal-Making Skills: Ability to build strategic alliances, close high-level partnerships, and open doors across corporate, philanthropic, and community networks.
Global Mindset: Comfortable navigating international contexts and fostering collaborations across sectors and geographies.
Impact Orientation: Passion for measurable social and environmental change, with the ability to translate vision into actionable results.
