a company based in Singapore and offering a new world of security token equity fundraising, emphasized the difference between Blockchain technology and Crypto Coin, which are not the same.

Soham Panchamiya, a lawyer in the UAE for web3 companies and tech regulation

introduced the extensive and promoting web3 regulation in the UAE’s mainland and freezones, which makes the decision where to list your company a strategic one.

Gil Solomon, the youngest lawyer to be ranked in Israel

offered a view for traditional fundraising such as Angels, VCs, and Corporate Investors. Here, again, the decision of where to put a company’s focus is a strategic decision and should be considered per different criteria such as maturity of the company, ticket size and company’s vertical.
