Thierry brings a rare combination of commercial leadership, deep AI expertise, and hands-on transformation experience that aligns strongly with MindHub’s vision: turning advanced AI into real business value, at scale.

Who is Thierry Kahane?

Thierry is an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and entrepreneurial commercial leader with over 20 years of experience developing and executing end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for high-impact, technology-driven solutions.

His career spans leadership roles across:

• Global consulting firms such as Capgemini Invent, Cognizant, and Deloitte, where he led strategic transformation and process engineering initiatives for large enterprises.
• High-growth AI companies including Fujitsu, Persado, and Voyager Labs, where he helped build and scale AI businesses in highly competitive markets.

Most recently, Thierry served as Vice President & Practice Leader – Strategy, Transformation & Process Engineering at Capgemini Invent, where he:

• Built and led a global Transformation & Process Engineering team
• Grew the unit’s revenues from $0 to $15M in under two years
• Developed innovative offerings combining Process Mining, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation
• Worked with major enterprise clients to unlock value through AI-enabled process optimization

He currently acts as a Strategic GTM Board Advisor at ComplexChaos, a pioneering AI company that uses advanced technology to drive stakeholder alignment and cooperation for complex transformations, M&A, and large-scale change programs.
